We prepare fresh, organic food every
day for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks. The children help with the preparation and practise skills such as laying the table, cutting food and cooking.
Through grace and courtesy exercises we learn to eat with a knife and fork. Yummy and so healthy - spinach, eggs and organic potatoes... just one of the home-cooked lunches we serve.
An apple a day keeps the doctor away... We even make our own apple crisps! They taste delicious and are a good source of vitamin C which helps strengthen the immune system.
Cooking: Healthy food doesn't just taste good, it also supports children as they grow and develop.
